Great Falls Flooding – Tomorrow
If you have not seen great falls during a flood, you haven’t seen great falls. If you have time to make a trip on Wednesday, go. Although the river will not be at a record, with the amount of rain we have had recently, it is predicted that the river will crest just a foot and a half below flood stage.
I like to go in the early morning when you get some nice back lighting on the VA side. The standing waves and mist are powerful.
